Almost 9-month-old Oliver

My baby is growing so fast!

He can express his being upset when a toy gets taken away and when we pull him out of those coin operated cars in shopping malls (by the way, we never put coins in those things but our boys are still ways so happy to be on those cars)

He now does a wave and squeezing movement with his hand when we say “hi Oliver!” or “bye Oliver!” …

He knows how to be possessive of his toys! He cried when our friend’s daughter played with his Electronic keyboard. Never knew he was capable of that!

He likes to bounce up and down on his hips while seated.

Oliver can crawl now.

He can sit up by himself, from a crawling position. and get back down to crawling 🙂

He is better in pulling himself up to a stand.

He sometimes stands with both hands off … (to hold a toy instead)… but of course this is by leaning on a sofa/table/ etc

He is STILL very mummy-dependent. Seems like anxiety separation is setting in.

Night times are very bad these days. He would be awake for 1 or 2 hours. Nothing could make him go back to sleep.

He LOVES to play hide and seek (or more like peek-a-boo) with Edward.

Laughs more 🙂

Starting to sit longer with books.

He loves small board books in particular. (Those animal disney character board books).

We only have less than 4 months before he turns ONE. too fast!
